The Diasporic Vietnamese Artists Network (DVAN) uplifts and fosters diasporic Vietnamese and Southeast Asian literary voices. DVAN promotes nonfiction, fiction, and poetry to empower artists in the diaspora and inspire understanding and dialogue within our community, and with others.

In 2020, DVAN developed and launched a virtual program platform titled ÁCCENTED: Dialogues in the Diaspora, accessible to a global audience, showcasing writers, poets, visual artists, actors, filmmakers, and other cultural producers from the Vietnamese and Southeast Asian diaspora, to present their work and discuss topics important to them. The series is hosted by Viet Thanh Nguyen, author of the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel The Sympathizer, with quarterly co-host appearances by members of the She Who Has No Master(s) collective.
